Snowboard on the Block Review

We dropped media coverage from the 2016 Snowboard on the Block event! The 2-day party went down on 10/14 + 10/15/2016! The Block festival featured new snowboard film premiers, live music, a pro rail jam, local vendors, and a mini skate ramp. It was great they moved the Block festival from the old location to right downtown in Sculpture Park. This bigger location allowed the festival to be larger then years past and the set up was dope inside!

All of us had a great time watching the new snowboard films! On Friday our highlights were seeing the filmed titled "Manboys the Movies" by Shred Bots. Then seeing the hard ass Chief Keef and the Glo Gang live set made the 1st day of the Block Festival go off. Here is our full City2Snow Day 1 Photos + Review,  CLICK HERE.

On day 2 of the Block festival we enjoyed the rail jam in the afternoon. Shout out to Vans “Off The Wall” for presenting the Van Doren Pro Jam which was a street-style snowboard competition. They brought 25 tons of snow to make that rail jam happen, and Jesse Paul of Salomon Snowboards won the contest. Our main Day 2 highlights were the Afroman set and the epic film titled "Stronger" by Union.

Thanks again to SNOWBOARDER and TransWORLD SNOWBoarding for having us out. Also shout out Tsunami Music Publicity for getting us linked up on the event. Hope everybody had fun at Snowboard on the Block. Have a huge winter out there and shred lots of powwwwww. Mad love #C2SFAM we will definitely be checking out Snowboard on the Block next year!

Here are the photos we took from Day 1 and Day 2 of the event :)

Snowboard on the Block Day 1 Recap

We dropped media coverage from Snowboard on the Block last night! What a dope event nothing better than snowboard films, live music, and vendors that all resonate with the mountain community ;)

We hit the Outdoor Sound Stage at the Denver Performing Arts Complex & Sculpture Park where Mimosa took over the stage and dropped a filthy glitch-hop dubstep set. Closing the music lineup was Chief Keef, check these sick photos for an idea of the madness on stage. It was great hearing one of our favorite songs, "Don't Like".

Let's do it again #C2SFAM we are ready for more new Snowboard Films today! Also we are looking forward to seeing MARTYPARTY  and Afroman play live.

See ya there today!! BUY TICKETS
